My husband brought home an old dog that the owner passed away, and the family was going to put her down. She, Tater, was already 16 years old, had a stroke 5 years earlier, and now my husband wants to save her. Once I saw her, I couldn't let her go. I knew he was coming home with a dog, and I kept asking how old. Now I know why I was not told before I saw her. Here she is, crookit face and full of life. OK, she was grumpy and wanted to fight with my other dog. Then she started to fail, her legs were weak, and she didn't want to eat. This is a preliminary review- will change if things get dramatically better or suddenly worse. I found this while looking for supplements for my beloved 14 yo LH chihuahua whos having trachea issues. You know- he makes that really loud hacking goose sound whenever he gets over excited or stressed? Well it got so bad that it was happening all the time not just when he was stressed and you could hear him coming from an LA block away. It absolutely broke my heart. My angel in this much discomfort and pain.... it was too much for me. Well, the vet prescribed him tramadol which helped if I could get him to take it but I just know that’s not a long term solution. Hence amazon and this oil- I sat for almost an entire day to read every single review and while I didn’t see any other owners dealing w rys specific issue, I was convinced enough that at the very most it would be a healthy addition to his diet. *one of the articles I read said that collapsing tracheas can sometimes be made worse from food allegiges*
I started his first dose today after his walk (I had to pick him up halfway Bc the hacking got worse and worse louder and louder) and he immediately laid down on the couch. I had to lay myself down as well from the relief I felt from the loud almost non stop coughing. It was a relief I haven’t known in a few days. This must be what mothers of collicky babies feel like.... anyways, he still has but it’s nowhere near as crazy as it was and he seems
Comfortable. We are of course going to check any other options and routes we can for him but in the meantime, I’m convinced that this is helping any possible nutritional deficiency and making him more comfortable. The trachea is a piece of cartilage so I’m also hoping that long term use will aid in rebuilding this up. Just my own theory but it makes sense to me. Will definitely update as time goes on

Update- poor dogs cough got better w this and then worse when I started the prescription hydrocodone. The antibiotic shot helped but be stopped eating when I tried mixing the pills in w his food and gagged and foamed at the mouth when I tried to give them to him orally. I was about ready to call it when I scrapped the pharmaceuticals and went back to this. He’s instantly better (very very odd but very obvious) and he doesn’t run from me or bite when I try to give it to him. This is it for now. Bless!!!!

We could tell right away that this product made a difference in my buddy’s life. He had a hard time climbing the stairs and you could tell that it was difficult for him to stand up. For a 12 year old dog, this is to be expected. After the first dose he began moving more quickly and appeared to do it effortlessly. The only issues that we have now is that all of the chips in the house have gone missing and he is now listening to Pink Floyd and the Grateful Dead nonstop. Somehow he got a lava lamp, black light, and psychedelic rock band posters for his kennel. We don’t know where he got the money!!! He recently quit his security job and basically does nothing all day. He said that he is going to open a business making and selling Tie-dye t-shirts which is totally unrealistic. He makes candles that smell like the neighbors dogs behind right now. The house smells horrible because of this but he says it’s what the people want. Despite all of this, he appears to be moving much better and I highly recommend this product for your aging buddy.

My dog had surgery a week ago...he had a huge spleen mass removed, the vet sent him home to see how he did for the night on Sunday...he didn't send any pain meds or antibiotics and my poor little guy was MISERABLE...we were in tears and stressed out...we've been told he probably has cancer and may only have 4-6 months and are afraid this pups normal is now crying in his sleep. Monday back to the vet and finally meds...he wouldn't eat, we could NOT get med 1 down in him...so in panic and out of desperation I ordered this. I will never regret this choice. He sleeps well, is eating well, wags his tail, his stitches look amazing...he's still got heat seeking accuracy to find a pill in his food...but the hemp oil he takes and it works period. I don't know if it'll extend months to his life, but it has Definately added life to his months. Thank you...truly deeply from the bottom of my heart...you were truly heaven sent.

Shipment & speed was great. This is the first time trying CBD oil products so it was a complete experiment. My GR freaks out in thunderstorms (and fireworks). I have tried a thunder shirt which didn't help much. I've tried anti anxiety tablets from the Vet and it kind of worked except at the height of a storm and left her a little dopey. So I tried this. She hates the taste first off, so I'm still trying to fool her to take it. It does chill her out pretty quickly but I'm not sure that it lasts very long and giving additional doses in the middle of the night is tricky. Again, if the storm really gets rolling, she's still very anxious but she did calm down more quickly once its passing. So kind of a mixed reiview for now.

Can not say enough about this product. We honestly didn't know what else to do and was killing us to see our senior fur babies in pain. We did order others with no results. My wife found this and told me it is supposed to be stronger and has very good reviews. We ordered it and I swear within a couple days our baby girl Savanah had completely stopped moving around every couple mins and had stop moaning each time she moved. This has been a miracle for us. One time we couldn't find it on Amazon and within 2 days she was starting to be in pain again. I contacted Buster's and they sent it right to us. Needles to say we stay stocked up now lol
